Life In The Mud: Episode 4 – Hot Glazed Tempeh

So…I put together some short videos on things mud related.  I’m adding a more visual component to my blog. My awesome friend Maureen Flannigan directed, shot and edited these videos for me!

  1. I was dubious at first but I first had this on a trek to the summit of Mt. Whitney and it was the best thing ever….definitely beat eating more trail mix or yet another gel pack.

  2. I have never been able to make tempeh taste delicious, despite numerous attempts. I will give this a try. The strong flavors here may be the key.
