Yoga, Sex, and a Nap

I haven’t posted in a short while.  Coming off the high from Death Race…needed to step back for a bit.  I did manage to get a Tough Mudder, a mini-Goruck and hiking/camping trip to the top of Mt.Whitney.  Coming up…S.E.R.E. Challenge and an interview with the idea-man behind the Ruck Across America.

In the meantime, check out this article I came across.  Yoga is great…even for all you bad-ass endurance racers reading this (but, if you must, substitute any kind of physical activity that strengthens your body).  And naps are always great.  And sex.  A perfect trifecta if you ask me.
